District XI Area Agency on Aging installed 2004 officers at its annual meeting. They are Dwight Beebe of Ashtabula, president; Martin J. O'Connell of Girard, vice president; John Manning of Youngstown, treasurer; and Thomas Klingeman Sr. of Warren, secretary.
