XYOUNGSTOWN -- Toya Linn Fort & eacute; and Anthony Gerald Hightower Jr., both of 83 Eliot Lane, were married during a 3 p.m. ceremony Aug. 23 at Heavenly Place Church of God in Christ.
Elder Jerome Revish Sr. officiated for the daughter of James and Bonnie Stringer, 30 Allerton Court, and the son of Faye C. Miller and Anthony Hightower Sr., 922 Katherine St. After a reception at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre, Liberty, the couple left for a honeymoon in Las Vegas.
The bride is attending Kent State University. She is an assembler at General Motors Corp., Lordstown. The groom is a shipper with Easco Aluminum, Niles. He is attending Youngstown State University.
The bride's ivory gown was styled with a halter bodice, full tulle skirt and cathedral train accented with imported French Alencon lace.
Honor attendants were Sh'Ron Stringer, Tawania Smallwood and Diija Alston. Bridesmaids were Jad & aacute; Hightower, Tracy Fuller, Felicia Herriot, Nicole Daltorio, Shatel Stewart and April Storey. Junior bridesmaid was Teshay Hightower, junior bride was Kayla Blunt, and flower girl was Erilynn Stevens.
Leteef Hightower was best man. Groomsmen were Craig Harrison, Ronald Hightower Jr., Bruce Alexander, William Finney, Michael Jones, Jerry Moxley, Robert Smith and Dwayne Burgess. Junior groom was Tr & eacute;Von Fort & eacute; and junior groomsmen were Sidney Hill Jr. and Jayrell Cunningham. Ring bearer was JaJuan Fort & eacute;.
