PRESIDENTIAL POLL Bush vs. Democrats



President Bush holds double-digit leads in 2004 trail heat matchups against five Democratic challengers in a University of Cincinnati Ohio Poll released Friday. The poll asked 632 registered voters from throughout Ohio whom they would support in the matchups. The poll, taken Sept. 4-19, has a 3.9 percent margin of error. Bush's poll margins of victory over the candidates are:
U.S. Rep. Dick Gephardt: 55-41.
U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman: 55-40.
Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean: 57-38.
U.S. Sen. John Kerry: 58-38.
U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich: 61-32.
