DiRienzo jubilee observed with renewal of vows

XLOWELLVILLE -- In celebration for their 50th wedding anniversary, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph DiRienzo, 546 W. Walnut St., renewed their marriage vows in Italian during a Mass celebrated by the Rev. Gerald DeLucia on Sept. 13. The ceremony took place at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, where they are members.
Arrangements for the observance were made by their children, Bina Wetzel of Poland and Guy DiRienzo of Wexford, Pa. There are seven grandchildren in the family.
The former Gerbina Berardo and Mr. DiRienzo were married Sept. 13, 1953, in Introdacqua, L'Aquila, Italy. He retired in 1988 from Plexco in North Lima.
