XYOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage of Barbara Illencik and Robert Kral, both of 1397 Shannon Road, Girard, was solemnized by the Rev. Joseph Rudjak during an 11:30 a.m. ceremony Aug. 23 at Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
A reception was held at the Country Lakes Party Center in Broadview Heights to honor the daughter of Thomas Illencik, 1473 Melbourne Drive, Girard, and the late Gloria Illencik, and the son of Maryrita Kral, 3043 E. Wallings Road, Broadview Heights, and Ned Kral, 4492 Brooks Road, Cleveland.
The bride wore a white satin A-line gown enhanced with lace and featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline and a cathedral train.
Burgundy-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Dori Aurilio, and the bridesmaids, Michele Kempe, the bride's niece; and Debbie Patterson. Junior bridesmaid was the bride's daughter, Samantha Illencik.
James Kral performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Mike Deptowicz and Thaddeus Ziembicki.
The bride is a transportation coordinator with the Tamarkin Co. in Austintown.
The groom, a driver supervisor with Roadway Express in Akron, graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in economics.
The couple have postponed their wedding trip to Cabos De Luis until spring and live in Girard.
