Sara D. Ruiz to be bride of Jeffrey R. Clay

XAnnouncement of the engagement of Sara Danelle Ruiz and Jeffrey Robert Clay, both of 1224 Talbot Court, Cheyenne, Wyo., is being made by their parents, David and Blenda Ruiz, 237 Shoshoni St., Cheyenne, and Bob and Peggy Clay, 2946 Morris-Anderson Road, Niles.
The couple's 2:30 p.m. open wedding will be an event of Oct. 18 at First Assembly of God in Girard. Invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at the Mahoning Country Club, also Girard.
Mr. Clay is serving in missile maintenance with the U.S. Air Force in Cheyenne.
