YOUNGSTOWN -- Park Vista Retirement Community has named Michael Grimes its director of nursing. Grimes, a registered nurse, is a graduate of West Virginia Northern College and continuing his studies at Malone College in Canton. He lives in Amsterdam, Ohio.
LAW
YOUNGSTOWN -- Calfee, Halter & amp; Griswold, a law firm based in Cleveland, has added Lisa Yerrace to its bankruptcy and creditors' rights, commercial business and finance groups.
A Struthers native, Yerrace graduated from Struthers High School in 1995, earned her bachelor's degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1999 and graduated last year from The Ohio State University College of Law. She is a resident of Brooklyn, Ohio, and previously served as a judicial law clerk for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Russ Kendig in Canton.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Davis & amp; Young, a law firm with offices in Cleveland, Akron and Youngstown, has hired Kristi L. Hilbish as an associate in its Youngstown office. Hilbish has a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and earned her law degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She lives in Tallmadge.
MANUFACTURING
SHARPSVILLE, Pa. -- Cattron-Theimeg Inc., a maker of portable radio remote-control systems, has appointed Matthew R. Franc its vice president of railroad sales.
With over 16 years in the railroad industry, Franc most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing and manager of product development at Standard Steel in Pittsburgh. Franc has two bachelor's degrees, one in physics from Allegheny College and one in civil engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
EDUCATION
WARREN -- Melanie Vlad of Warren has been named director of education at the Summit Choral Society in Akron, to oversee expansion of the Summit Children's Choir Program and to create continuing-education opportunities for adults and senior citizens.
Vlad previously had served as executive director for the TMH Foundation since 2000. She has a bachelor's degree in music from Hiram College and a master's in piano performance and pedagogy from the University of Louisville, and has completed doctoral studies in higher education administration at Kent State University. Also an active performing artist and director, Vlad performs with a local band, The Top Notes.
RETAIL
BOARDMAN -- Steven Mollica, an Akron native, has been named manager of the new Krispy Kreme Doughnuts store opening on Boardman-Poland Road this fall.
Mollica has been with Krispy Kreme for 25 years, starting out as a doughnut maker after high school graduation. He has been managing the company's Middleburg Heights store since 1995.
BANKING
YOUNGSTOWN -- Linda Booker, a Youngstown resident, has joined Sky Bank as a community mortgage lender. She will be based in downtown Youngstown. Booker has a bachelor's degree in business management from Youngstown State University and has experience as a real estate broker.

AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted Aimee Evans to program supervisor in its Austintown customer-care call center. An Austintown resident, Evans began her career at InfoCision in 1998 as a communicator in the Austintown center, and she also served as an analyst and call-center trainer.
