XST. LUCIA, WEST INDIES -- Kerrie Balough and W. Scott Wilson, both of Boardman, exchanged marriage vows during a ceremony Aug. 14 at St. Lucian Spa and Resort. The Rev. Emma Gloria Charles officiated at the service at 4 p.m.
The bride is a daughter of Sandra Beckwith of Poland and the late David Beckwith and David Balough of Cape Coral, Fla. Parents of the groom are Patricia and Richard Scott of Struthers and the late William Wilson.
The newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception held Aug. 30 at the Maronite Center, Youngstown, after they returned from their honeymoon on St. Lucia. They are making their home in Boardman.
The bride wore white matte satin sheath gown styled with a trumpet skirt and semi-cathedral train. Jewels trimmed the bodice of the strapless gown.
Mrs. Wilson graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University where she is pursuing a teaching license in integrated language arts.
Mr. Wilson is a deputy sheriff with Mahoning County Sheriff's Department. He earned a bachelor's degree in applied science at YSU.
