XYOUNGSTOWN -- St. Maron Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 6 as the Rev. Gary George officiated for the wedding of Joelle Marie Sahyoun and Craig Michael Steinhoff.
Parents of the bride are Joffre Sahyoun, 6825 Lockwood Blvd., Boardman, and Cynthia Sahyoun, 8115 Hitchcock Road, Boardman. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. James Steinhoff, 915 Eastlawn Drive, Highland Heights.
A reception followed at The Georgetown in Boardman, and the couple honeymooned in Jamaica. They live at 5201 Springdale Blvd., Hilliard.
The bride wore a white strapless gown of French satin fashioned with an empire waist and simple train.
Natalie Sahyoun was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Amanda Roby, Jizelle and Jaclene Sahyoun, Kendra Wirtz, Barbie Granger, Molly Sullivan and Kerri Zokle. Junior bridesmaids were Venezia Sahyoun and Katherine Steinhoff. They wore light-lilac gowns. Flower girls were Alexandria Sahyoun and Leah Steinhoff.
Kevin Steinhoff was best man, and groomsmen were Kevin Willarth, Andy Brower, Mike Wayt, Ben Smith, Bob White and Greg Carlo. Junior groomsman was Brian Steinhoff, and ring bearer was Gregory Karas.
Mrs. Steinhoff earned a bachelor's degree at Youngstown State University and a master's at Kent State University. She is an academic adviser at Ohio State University, Columbus.
Her husband graduated from Capital University, Columbus, and is a certified public accountant.
