Pauline Peaco, 33, Youngstown-Hubbard Road, Hubbard; conveying drugs into a detention facility.
Timothy A. Pickard, 19, West Liberty Street, Hubbard; burglary.
Jeffrey P. Black, 27, Water Street, Lowellville; receiving stolen property.
