XAudubon Society/Mahoning Valley will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Mill Creek Experimental Farm, Route 46, Canfield. Laura Kammermeier, volunteer ambassador to Cornel Lab of Ornithology, will speak on Citizen Science, a program for studies involving bird populations including the most popular, Project Feeder. XEmbroiderers' Guild of America will meet at 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the IOOF Hall in Canfield. Colin Donohue will preside, and the featured project will be "Mini Addictions II" by Mamie Ritter. Sue Sizer will teach at the morning meeting, and Cathie Addington in the evening. XNew Middletown Extension Homemakers Club will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at C & amp;C Mobile Park, Struthers Road. Participants will make a necklace to match a bracelet the group made previously.
XPolish Arts Club will meet for the annual family picnic from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Ex-servicemen's Pavilion in Boardman Township Park. The casserole meal will be served at 3, and those attending are to take their own table service. Chairman is Mary Ann Mlynarski, and co-chairman is Marge Lardas. There will be a charge of $3 for nonmembers. Installation of officers also will be held, and dues of $11 will be collected
