XMichael C. and Heather (Greenwald) Planey of Alexandria, Va., are announcing the birth of their son, Michael Vincent, Aug. 31 at INOVA Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria. His father is a former Youngstown resident, and he is a grandson of Ron and Regina (George) Greenwald of Dover, Del., formerly of New Castle, Pa.
XDr. and Mrs. Todd Laughner of Midland, Mich., announce the birth of a daughter, Peyton Elizabeth, on Sept. 3 at Mid-Michigan Medical Center in Midland. Grandparents are Patsy Bulla of Michigan, Suzanne Laughner of Austintown and James Laughner of Laughner of Warren. Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Laughner, Struthers.
