NFL ROUNDUP Sunday's other games

AFC
Raiders 23, Bengals 20
OAKLAND -- Sebastian Janikowski's third field goal, a 39-yarder with nine seconds remaining, won it. The Raiders were aided by Jeff Burris' pass interference penalty against Jerry Rice, giving Oakland the ball on the Cincinnati 22 with 23 seconds to go. The Bengals are 0-9 in Oakland. Jon Kitna rallied them to tie it at 20 with 1:18 left on an 8-yard TD pass to Peter Warrick.
Colts 33, Titans 7
INDIANAPOLIS -- A stifling defense limited Tennessee to 236 yards. The Colts snapped a three-game losing streak against the Titans. Edgerrin James rushed for 120 yards and scored one touchdown. Eddie George was limited to 46 yards on 15 carries, and Steve McNair was 15-of-24 for 138 yards and one touchdown, playing much of the game with a dislocated ring finger on his throwing hand.
Broncos 37, Chargers 13
SAN DIEGO -- The Broncos dominated the Chargers despite losing QB Jake Plummer (shoulder) and RB Clinton Portis, who suffered a chest bruise and missed the second half. Portis had 129 yards on 12 carries.
Dolphins 21, Jets 10
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Ricky Williams ran for 125 yards on 34 carries and the Dolphins won at the Meadowlands for the first time since 1997. Vinny Testaverde was 29-of-45 for 373 yards, and became the ninth quarterback in NFL history to pass for over 40,000 yards in his career.
Bills 38, Jaguars 17
JACKSONVILLE -- Travis Henry ran for three scores and Drew Bledsoe threw for 314 yards and two touchdowns in the most lopsided home loss for the Jaguars in their nine-year history. Eric Moulds and Bobby Shaw caught touchdown passes for the Bills. Bledsoe passed the 300-yard mark for the 34th time.
NFC
Panthers 12, Buccaneers 9, OT
TAMPA -- John Kasay's 47-yard field goal capped a wild final few minutes. The Buccaneers tied it with no time remaining in regulation on Keenan McCardell's 6-yard reception. But Kris Jenkins blocked what would have been the winning extra point by Martin Gramatica. Steve Smith's 52-yard punt return to the Tampa Bay 40 set up Kasay's fourth field goal. Stephen Davis rushed for 142 yards and Kasay also kicked field goals of 28, 35 and 20 yards for Carolina, which also blocked two field goals.
Redskins 33, Falcons 31
ATLANTA -- After being sacked five times and fumbling twice in the first half, Patrick Ramsey threw for a career-high 356 yards and two touchdowns. Laveranues Coles, shaken up early, recovered to set career highs with 11 catches for 180 yards and a 19-yard reception.
Seahawks 38, Cardinals 0
TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Cardinals wilted in 100-degree heat. It was their most one-sided home loss since a 52-10 beating by Philadelphia on Nov. 8, 1981. The Cardinals turned the ball over on their first four possessions and Matt Hasselbeck threw touchdown passes of 55 and 66 yards to Darrell Jackson. Reggie Tongue intercepted two passes for the Seahawks.
Packers 31, Lions 6
GREEN BAY -- Ahman Green rushed for 160 yards, including a 65-yard TD on his first carry. The Packers picked off three of Joey Harrington's passes in the second half and sent the Lions to their 17th straight road loss on a field drenched by nearly 3 inches of rain in 48 hours.
Vikings 24, Bears 13
MINNEAPOLIS -- Moe Williams rushed 21 times for 108 yards and a touchdown, and Daunte Culpepper threw two TD passes to tight end Jim Kleinsasser to lead Minnesota. The Vikings rushed for 202 yards. Kordell Stewart completed 13 of 21 passes for 137 yards and a touchdown for the Bears. But he left late in the fourth quarter after straining his neck.
INTERCONFERENCE
Patriots 31, Eagles 10
PHILADELPHIA -- Tom Brady passed for 255 yards and three touchdowns, two to Christian Fauria. Willie McGinest had two sacks and a fumble recovery and Tedy Bruschi returned an interception 18 yards for a TD for New England. In his worst game since his rookie season, Donovan McNabb completed just 18 of 46 passes for 186 yards, threw two interceptions -- one returned for a TD -- lost two fumbles and was sacked seven times.
Saints 31, Texans 10
NEW ORLEANS -- The Saints, who led the NFC in scoring last season, finally rediscovered their offense. Aaron Brooks threw for two touchdowns. The Texans saw David Carr sacked five times after he didn't go down in the opener at Miami.
