DIRECTV SUES
Defendants
DIRECTV filed lawsuits last week in U.S. District Court, Youngstown, seeking $10,000 in damages from each defendant, as well as legal expenses. The actions are civil, not criminal. Named as defendants are:
Michael Defalco and Richard Greer, both of Niles.
Terry Bigley and Paul Ryan, both of Youngstown.
David Byers of North Lima.
James A. Hassage and Eduardo Nunez, both of Hubbard.
Shawn Thomas of Masury.
Anthony Tomaselli of East Liverpool.
Larry Muntean of Lisbon.
Tim Sandor of Warren.
David Beatty Jr. of Berlin Center.
Ann Eckels of North Jackson.
Daniel Rudkin of Kinsman.
