OLD ENGINE RETURNS: Bill Augustine, a retired Lowellville firefighter, stands next to the 1956 fire engine the village had bought new. It used the vehicle for 22 years, then sold it to New Middletown. The Lowellville Firefighters Association recently bought the vehicle, bringing it back home. In the passenger seat is William Richards, retired fire chief.
