Parents announce Fotinos-Mingo engagement

XBELMONT, N.C. -- Chris and Irene Fotinos, 6303 Minnie Puett Court, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Maria Fotinos, and Mark Nicholas Mingo, both of 419 Aiken Hunt Circle, Columbia, S.C.
The future groom is a son of Doris Mingo, 86 S. Shore Drive, Boardman, and Phil Mingo, 184 Gladstone St., Campbell.
Miss Fotinos graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, N.C., with a bachelor's degree in psychology. The prospective groom attended Kent State University. They are managers of Harbor Inn Seafood Restaurant, Columbia.
The couple will exchange marriage vows during a ceremony planned for 3 p.m. Oct. 26 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Charlotte. An early evening reception is planned at Ballantyne Resort, also in Charlotte. Invitations will be extended for both events.
