YOUNGSTOWN -- "Monitoring Convicted Felons on Parole" is the topic of the Southern Boulevard Block Watch meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday in St. Dominic Parish Center, 3403 Southern Blvd. The featured speaker will be Joseph M. Dubina, regional supervisor of the Ohio Adult Parole Authority.
