10 a.m.: Grape production.10:30 a.m.: Family-friendly farming with grazing; honey production; pond design and construction.11 a.m.: Managed grazing; pasture-raised poultry; controlling nuisance wildlife; online marketing for small farms; pond aeration and windmills; sale-tree felling demonstration.11:30 a.m.: Llama and alpaca basics; vertical tillage demonstration; working dog demonstration; producing and marketing organic pork; corn mazes and entertainment agriculture; West Nile Virus, protecting your family; developing water supplies for livestock.Noon: Raising and marketing buffalo meat; developing wildlife habitat on your property; berry production; operating a small greenhouse; "What's in My Pond?" pond-seining demonstration; sheep-shearing demonstration.12:30 p.m.: Attracting bluebirds to your property; a life of self-sufficiency; popcorn production and marketing; grants for starting alternative enterprises.1 p.m.: Demonstration of farm accident and medical helicopter rescue.2 p.m.: Growing and using herbs; managing your woodlot; selling what you sow; shittake mushroom production; fresh-water shrimp production; pond weed control; llamas as sentry and guard animals.2:30 p.m.: Working-dog demonstration; peach production; archaeology for the amateur; plant breeding and seed saving; managing your pond for sport fish.3 p.m.: Sale-tree felling demonstration; vertical tillage demonstration; sheep-shearing demonstration; ginseng, goldenseal and other forest herbs; controlling nuisance wildlife; barn restoration, how to get started; opportunities for aquaculture in Ohio; recreational opportunities of llamas and alpacas.3:30 p.m.: Getting started in aquaculture; meat goat production; improving crop yields with cover crops.4 p.m.: Llama and alpaca fiber products; growing pumpkins and fall decorations; extending the growing season for produce; shittake mushroom production; raising a few head of sheep.4:30 p.m.: Raising and marketing rabbits; organic production of field crops and vegetables; keeping young people out of trouble in rural areas.
