YOUNGSTOWN -- Home Savings and Loan, a subsidiary of United Community Financial Corp., has been named a recipient of the NorthCoast 99 Award for being one of the best places to work in Northeast Ohio. The NorthCoast 99 Award, presented by the Employers Resource Council, is an effort to identify 99 of the best places to work in Northeast Ohio. The awards program also recognizes employers for their efforts in compensation, benefits, health and safety, training and education, diversity, community services, recruitment and retention and employee communications.
