XBOARDMAN -- Marc Edward Moretti and his bride, the former Jacquelynne Renee Takach honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico, following their marriage at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 9 at Boardman United Methodist Church and reception afterward at St. Mary's Assumption Social Center. They live in Canfield.
Arthur and Patricia Takach, 160 Fair Meadow Drive, Austintown, are parents of the bride, and the groom's parents are Joseph and Yvonne Moretti, 3909 Nassau Court, Youngstown.
Beading accented the bodice and floral appliques enhanced the full chiffon skirt of the bride's strapless A-line gown.
Sky blue gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Leanne Parker, and the bridesmaids, Stacie Takach, her sister; Tracie Moretti and Jennifer Moretti, the groom's sisters; Stacey Revak; Melissa Frank; Emily Campbell; and Erin Millen. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Maddelynne Parker.
Kevin Moretti served as his brother's best man, and groomsmen were Tod Terlesky, Ed Peters and Kyle Chandler, the groom's cousins; Keith Fedor; Jason Neimczura; Brian Bickley; and Tom Parker, the bride's brother-in-law. Ring bearer was her nephew, Thomas Parker.
The bride graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in early childhood education and is a second-grade teacher with Youngstown Community School.
The groom, a graduate of ETI Technical College in Niles, is an installer with Armstrong Cable Service, North Lima.
