GARDEN CLUBS

MONDAY
XGarden Gate will meet at 7:30 p.m. for a perennial exchange and video. Hostess, Dorothy Wyant, will be assisted by Mary Jane Pavelko.
XPoland will meet at noon for a slide program on Ohio Edison by Julie Miller.
XMembers of Ridgewood are to meet at 6 p.m. at Mill Creek Metroparks Farm, across from the Canfield Fairgrounds, and be appropriately dressed for a hayride tour of the farm. Hostesses will be Rachel Butto, Katie Butto and Robyn Gallitto.
TUESDAY
XEast will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Austin Manor for lunch, a meeting and flower show. Afterward Mary Calai will be hostess for a tour of her gardens, 4208 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Canfield.
XGleaners will take a day trip with lunch at 356th Fighter Squadron, Canton Airport, and stops along the way.
XMembers of Our Lady of Fatima will meet at 11 a.m. at Haus Cider Mill in Canfield.
XTrailwood will meet at 11:30 a.m. for a salad picnic at the home of Sally Foster with Doris Rice and Marge Yentch as co-hostesses. A program on "New Trends in Decorating" will be presented by Carlyn Thompson.
WEDNESDAY
XA meeting of Daisy Dozen will be held at 6:45 p.m. at Colonial Gardens with Jinx Storey and Terry Anness as hostesses. The program will be "How to Make a Water Garden."
THURSDAY
XAn auction will be held by Coitsville at 7 p.m. with Geri Sopkovich as hostess.
XRita Dunlea will be hostess and Dolly Vivalo will be co-hostess for the 7:30 p.m. meeting of Driftwood.
XJohnny Appleseed will hold a field trip to the Lamb Weaving Barn. There will be a Dutch treat, and Dee Zurawick will have the door prize.
XSuburban will meet at noon for a silent auction. Hostess will be Mrs. Wallace Lasher.
SATURDAY
XA meeting of Sunflower will be held at 1 p.m. with Anne Rutland as hostess. Albert Dothard will speak on "Composting."
