The robbery and stabbing of a Vienna man is the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
Crime: Robbery and assault.
Location: Pymatuning Township.
Details: Police said Matthew Border, 23, of Vienna was attacked and robbed after accepting a ride from a man and the man's apparent girlfriend at Headliner's Gentlemen's Club on Pa. Route 18 on July 19. The man stopped the car near Colt Road and pulled out a knife, demanding money from Border, who handed over cash and a cellular telephone. The man then punched Border and stabbed him three times, leaving him at the side of the road. Border was admitted to UPMC Horizon.
Suspect: The robber was described as a white man about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He had tattoos on his neck and both arms. The car he was driving was a two-door, dark-colored Nissan.
