ACCOUNTING
BOARDMAN -- Maggie Rauh has joined Hill, Barth & amp; King LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Business Consultants, as a manager in the Boardman Tax Department. Rauh graduated from Smith College in 1989 and continued her education at Western New England College where she earned a master's degree in business administration. She is studying for a master's in taxation at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Rauh came to the firm from KPMG in North Carolina, where she was a senior manager. She lives in Boardman.
Hill, Barth & amp; King also promoted Brian C. Commons to manager in its Youngstown office. Commons has a degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and has eight years experience as a certified public accountant. He lives in Boardman.
HEALTH CARE
WARREN -- Jennefer Sweitzer of Girard has been promoted to scheduling coordinator at the Warren office of Cambridge Home Health Care. She joined the company two years ago and had been a billing/payroll specialist. Sweitzer is a Hubbard High School graduate and is attending Kent State University.
FINANCE
YOUNGSTOWN -- Butler, Wick & amp; Co. has hired Janie Hurley Skusa of Poland as a financial advisor working with the Home Savings and Loan bank brokerage program. Butler Wick and Home Savings, both subsidiaries of United Community Financial Corp., joined forces in February to provide integrated financial services.
A graduate of Youngstown State University, Hurley Skusa came to the company from First Merit Investments in New Castle, Pa., and has nine years experience. She will serve the Struthers, Poland, Newport Glen, Liberty and Lincoln Knolls bank branches, as well as the bank's downtown and YSU offices.
SHARON, Pa. -- Jay Cohen has been named broker and business development specialist at The American Business Brokerage Group in Sharon. His duties will include marketing the group's services in a five-county region. Cohen is a 30-year resident of the Shenango Valley.
STAFFING
YOUNGSTOWN -- Stacy McCall has joined the Boardman office of Accountemps as a staffing manager. McCall has accounting experience and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Grove City College.
RETAIL
STRUTHERS -- Taryn Papalia has been named loss prevention district supervisor with WalMart Corp. in Columbus. She is a 1995 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and has a bachelor's degree in applied science from Youngstown State University.
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Dan Daum of Vienna has been hired as a manager at the 84 Lumber store in Hermitage, Pa.
