Boardman Rotary honors Dr. Pavlicko

CANFIELD -- Dr. Marie A. Pavlicko of Struthers, a member of Boardman Rotary Club, was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
Howard Mettee, Boardman Rotary president, and Lou Young, a member, presented Dr. Pavlicko the award on behalf of the foundation during the organization's Aug. 12 meeting at Boardman Township Park.
Dr. Pavlicko is career development and economic education supervisor for Mahoning County Career and Technical Center. She has been involved in career education for 25 years.
Dr. Pavlicko was honored for her outstanding service to children, education and Rotary's vocational service goals.
A contribution in her honor was made to Rotary's international foundation.
