Sochor had a history of allergic reactions to bee stings and took a Benadryl tablet after being stung by a single honeybee as he sat at the kitchen table with his wife around 6:45 a.m., Snyder said. However, he went into anaphylactic shock a short time later and suffered a fatal heart attack, Snyder said.
