CANFIELD CITY
Sept. 3
Drug trafficking: A 17-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on charges of aggravated drug trafficking, carrying a concealed weapon. Police found a plastic bag containing seven smaller bags of marijuana.
Criminal trespass: A warning was issued to a male resident of the Hunters Woods Condominiums for harassing a woman at the condominium.
Drug abuse/paraphernalia: A 28-year-old McDonald man was arrested for possession of a clear plastic bag containing 7.5 grams of suspected marijuana after a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.
Theft: A 34-year-old Canfield woman was arrested for stealing six packs of cigarettes and two DVD movies from Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.
Theft of tools: Tools were stolen from a construction site in the 500 block of Sawmill Run Drive that belonged to workers at the site.
Sept. 4
Chase: A 50-year-old Canfield man was arrested after a pursuit on foot at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St., after he allegedly stole Similac. Police found narcotic drug equipment on him, including a syringe with possible heroin residue. He was charged with theft, criminal trespass, and possession of drug abuse instruments.

Assault/criminal damage: A 12-year-old boy was assaulted and pushed off his bicycle while riding down the street.

Sept. 1
Theft from auto: Prescription pills, stereo equipment and money were stolen from a vehicle at Sammy's Pub, 1722 S. Raccoon Road.
Theft from auto: Compact discs and cases were taken from a vehicle in the residential 4000 block of Barrington Drive.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was broken in the 200 block of Rosemont Avenue.
Theft: A purse was taken from a victim by a female at Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damage: A vehicle door was scratched at Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Auto theft: A white 1992 Oldsmobile Silhouette was stolen from a residence in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Criminal damage: A window was broken at an apartment in the residential 200 block of Victoria Road.
Theft from auto: A computer and camera were stolen from an auto in the 4000 block of Barrington Drive
Theft: A male is a suspect in a theft in the residential 3000 block of Artmar Drive.
Theft: A purse was taken from a female in the parking lot at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damage: Paint on a vehicle was scratched at BW-3 in Austinown Plaza.
Theft from auto: Temporary tags were stolen from a vehicle in the 5000 block of Stanford Ave.
Drug offense: A male and a female were arrested for drug abuse-marijuana at EconoLodge, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.

Criminal damage: A screen door was damaged in the 500 block of Notre Dame Drive.
Theft from auto: $10 in change was stolen from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Theft from auto: A cell phone was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.

Aggravated menacing: A man was threatened with butcher knives in a parking lot in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Criminal damage: A yard and mailbox were damaged in the residential 1200 block of Signature Place.
Theft from auto: Thieves attempted to steal a compact disc player and did steal compact discs from an auto in the residential 500 block of Notre Dame Drive.
Auto theft: A man was arrested in a stolen vehicle and placed in county jail after being apprehended at Marino's Restaurant, 5452 Mahoning Ave.
Theft from auto: A compact disc player was stolen from a vehicle in the 5000 block of Baylor Avenue.
Breaking and entering: A shed was entered and a weed trimmer stolen from the 6000 block of Kirk Road.
Criminal damage: Paint on a vehicle was damaged in the 1500 block of South Raccoon Road.
Bad Checks: $689 worth of merchandise was stolen from Kmart.
Theft: A check was taken from the residential 3000 block of Briarwood Lane.

Burglary: A wallet and medication were taken from a residence in the 500 block of South Raccoon Road.
Animal cruelty: A cat was shot in the 1000 block of Raspberry Lane.
Bad checks: Three stolen checks were cashed at Countryside Drive-Thru, 888 N. Meridian Road.
Theft from auto: Miscellaneous items were stolen from a vehicle in the 4000 block of New Road.
Criminal mischief: Items were thrown into mud and bushes in the residential 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: A mailbox was taken from the residential 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.

Fleeing and eluding: A 17-year-old male was arrested while operating a stolen vehicle. He was taken to the Juvenile Justice Center.
Attempted auto theft: The column on a Chevrolet Blazer was peeled at Blue Ribbon Motors, 4004 Mahoning Ave.
Attempted theft: A window was damaged but nothing was taken from a vehicle that had been entered in the 800 block of North Meridian Road.
Criminal damage: A window was damaged in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Bad checks: A man was arrested for passing bad checks at Rite Aid, 599 Mahoning Ave.
Theft from Auto: A wallet and a compact disc player were stolen from an auto parked at Ruby Tuesday's, 5555 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A checkbook and license were stolen from Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Attempted theft: A dashboard was damaged but nothing was taken from a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier at BW-3 in Austintown Plaza.

Theft from auto: Compact discs and multiple stereo components were stolen from the residential 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Criminal damage: A vehicle mirror and window were damaged in the roadway on White Beech Lane.
