A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people Thursday. Three people were secretly indicted on drug charges. Their names will be made public after they are arrested.
Scott Wayne Womer, 30, state Route 7, New Waterford; receiving stolen property, concealed weapon.Edwin J. Peavy, 44, Cleveland; passing bad checks, criminal simulation.Joseph Moreland, 21, Crandall Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.Hillyet Mobley III, 22, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown; marijuana trafficking.Anthony M. Mezerkor, 28, North Lake Road, Andover; forgery, receiving stolen property.Mark D. Rawson, 33, Wintersville; heroin possession.
