Barnes & amp; Noble hostsevents, discussion groups
BOARDMAN -- The Eclectic Book Group will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Barnes & amp; Noble in The Shops at Boardman Park to discuss "I've Been in Sorrow's Kitchen and Licked Out All the Pots" by Susan Straight.
On Saturday at noon, the store will have a 40th birthday party for the fictional character Amelia Bedelia. There will be games, stories and treats.
On Saturday at 2 p.m., author William LePar will discuss his book "The Spiritual Harvest." LePar was reared in Canton.
All events are free and open to the public.
