Conklin-Curchin engagement is announced

XBOARDMAN -- Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Conklin Jr., 194 Carter Circle, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Christine Conklin, 3436 N. Seminary, and Graham Walker Curchin, 3238 N. Seminary, both of Chicago.
The future groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander B. Curchin III, 3515 Cedar Ridge Road, Joplin, Mo.
The couple will be married during a ceremony planned for 4 p.m. Oct. 11 at Boardman United Methodist Church. Tippecanoe Country Club in Canfield will be the setting for the early evening reception. Invitations will be extended for both events.
Miss Conklin graduated from Miami University in Oxford with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is a marketing specialist with C.B. Richard Ellis in Chicago.
Mr. Curchin is employed by Lehman Bros. in Chicago in the private client-services group. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics at Miami University.
