FAIR WRAPS UP: The 157th Canfield Fair ended on a soggy -- and muddy -- note, but overall turnout wasn't too bad. Attendance was down about 20 percent with 309,000 people passing through the gates between Wednesday morning, the first day of the fair, and Monday. Fairgoers numbered 33,675 on Labor Day, the rainiest day of the six-day event. B1
