AREA SECURED: Mahoning County deputy sheriffs stand watch on West Federal Street in downtown Youngstown. A Mahoning County jury visited the scene this morning where city Police Officer Michael T. Hartzell was slain April 29.
The jury was to begin hearing testimony later today in the trial of Martin L. Koliser Jr.
