Independent Pharmacyto open site in Sparkle
YOUNGSTOWN -- Independent Pharmacy Group will open its fifth pharmacy in the Sparkle Market, which is to open at 3730 Market St., the site of a former Phar-Mor store. The full-service pharmacy will be open six days a week and will have a drive-through lane.
Independent Pharmacy Group also owns Bel-Park Pharmacy, Oak Hill Pharmacy, Mill Creek Square Pharmacy and North Lima Pharmacy. Gary Evankovich is president of the company, and John Petracci is vice president.
Economic group seminar:growing a business

Third quarter earnings
NILES -- First Niles Financial earned $261,000 in the third quarter, compared with $296,000 in the same quarter last year. It is the holding company for Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles.
