Priority: Before making any decisions that will financially affect our citizens, I will demand to see all of the numbers, not just the bottom line. If there are any cuts to be made, it will not be in the services that we provide to the citizens. The city of Warren should not be an employment agency for the mayor and his/her friends and relatives, nor should the citizens be a bank account for the city.
