Priority: Responsiveness to the public is of utmost importance. BOE members need to make sure the administrative leaders are listening to parent and staff concerns. Addressing these concerns and implementing changes when necessary will help build a sense of trust and support not only from your school community but from the community as a whole. We need to increase the graduate rate and help students to realize the importance of some form of higher education.
