Priority: Assisting district personnel to develop effective policies to lead the district and to meet district goals is a main priority. Districts are charged with educating their students to meet high academic standards, offering students a comprehensive course of studies, hiring competent personnel, balancing budgets etc. Effective policies are necessary if a district is to meet these challenges.
