XBOARDMAN -- The wedding of Sara Grossman and Jason Zura was an event of Sept. 27 at John Calvin St. Paul United Church of Christ. Parents of the bride are Mike and Terri Taylor, 233 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown. Mr. Zura is a son of Bob and Donna Zura, 188 Reed Ave., Campbell.
The Rev. William Myers and Monsignor John Zuraw officiated, and a reception was held at Antone's Banquet Centre in Boardman. The couple are residing at 4629 Woodhurst Ave., Austintown.
The bride's white satin gown was designed with cap sleeves, and the bodice was embellished with lace, sequins and pearls. The skirt flowed to a cathedral train edged with lace appliqu & eacute;s.
Her cousin, Elizabeth Mitchell of Youngstown, was matron of honor, wearing a cinnamon-colored gown. Victoria gold gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Cathy and Andrea Zura of Campbell, the groom's sisters.
Rob Zura of Campbell performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Steve Zura of Campbell, another brother of the groom, and Jeremy Grossman of Youngstown, the bride's brother.
Mrs. Zura graduated from Choffin School of Practical Nursing in Youngstown and is a licensed practical nurse at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren.
Her husband is employed as a laborer at Astro Shapes in Struthers.
