MEMORIAL: The name of Edward Johnston of Struthers is the first one on the second column of names on the Peace Keepers Memorial in Struthers for those killed in Beirut, Lebanon, on Oct. 23, 1983. The name of Stanley Sliwinski of Niles is third in that column. They were among 14 Ohio servicemen killed in the blast.
