Hubbard man, Youngstown woman face charges of breaking and entering
YOUNGSTOWN -- Two arrests were made after the loud sounds of someone kicking in a door at 302 E. Judson Ave. were reported to police.
Michael Ryser, 35, of Stoneybrook Drive, Hubbard, and Michele McBride, 37, of Hilton Avenue were caught on Rush Boulevard on Wednesday morning and charged with breaking and entering, police said.
The witness who heard the loud sounds had given police a description of man and woman he saw leaving the house on Judson. Ryser and McBride were later identified by the witness.
Police said they found fresh splinters on the door framing and entered the unoccupied house. The officers said they saw signs that the place was being fixed up and painted.
A green nylon bag was taken from McBride as evidence. The bag's contents were not listed by police.
Police were unable to contact the homeowner.
