Priority: A strategic planning committee needs to be created to focus on short- and long-terms needs and goals of the district. This proactive group could be formulating plans for an all-day kindergarten option and exploring classroom space issues, teacher availability and funding. My goal is to help update the old plan and develop new and timely strategies for our school system
