NHL ROUNDUP | Sunday's games

Bruins 4, Mighty Ducks 3, OT
ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Sergei Samsonov scored with 52 seconds remaining in overtime after Mike Knuble tied it late in the third period with his second goal of the game as Boston beat Anaheim. Steve Rucchin scored twice on power plays, Vaclav Prospal had a goal and an assist and Sergei Fedorov had two assists. But it wasn't enough for the Ducks, who are off to their first 0-5 start in the franchise's 11-year history and have matched their longest losing streak of last season. Knuble, who got the winner with 1:48 remaining in the third period of Saturday night's 4-3 victory at Los Angeles, beat Jean-Sebastien Giguere to the stick side with a 20-foot wrist shot from the slot with 4:25 to go in regulation after a giveaway by Rucchin in the Boston zone. The power-play goal came after a hooking penalty against defenseman Niclas Havelid. Brian Rolston also scored for the Bruins and Nick Boynton had two assists in Boston's only meeting this season with the Ducks.
Stars 3, Wild 1
DALLAS -- Stu Barnes scored two goals 20 seconds apart in the second period and Bill Guerin added another a few minutes later. Barnes' outburst came so quickly that the arena announcer was still saying he'd just scored his fourth goal of the season when Barnes plugged in his fifth at 8:36. This was his second two-goal game of the season and it matched Ilya Kovalchuk for the league lead. Barnes had only 13 goals all of last season, just two in 13 games with Dallas. Guerin scored 4:27 later by redirecting a long shot from Sergei Zubov. It was upheld after a long video review examined whether Guerin's stick was too high.
Blackhawks 3, Predators 1
CHICAGO -- Tuomo Ruutu scored his first NHL goal to help Chicago stop a four-game losing streak. The rookie scored during a power play early in the third period to break a 1-all tie. Tyler Arnason scored late in the second period for the Blackhawks, who got an insurance goal from Kyle Calder with 6:10 remaining. Dave Legwand scored on the power play for the Predators, who played their first road game this season. They were 3-1-0 in Nashville.
