Newton Falls Web site seeks residents' input

NEWTON FALLS -- The city has officially launched its new Web site.
The site, at www.ci.newtonfalls.oh.us, has a variety of information about the city, with more to be added in the near future.
Council is hoping residents will use the site and provide feedback on what they would like to see on the site.
The Cable Television Committee will meet in the Newton Falls Community Center at 10 a.m. Nov. 6. Residents having problems with their cable are urged to call Councilwoman Catie Karl-Moran.
The Fourth of July Committee needs volunteers for the annual celebration. The committee is in charge of organizing the carnival, fireworks, family day, car and bike shows, and other events. Council is asking for the community to show support and volunteer for the committee. Interested residents can contact Karl-Moran.
Tickets are still available for the Johnny Marks dinner and dance to help reduce the cost of his medical bills. The boy had been kicked in the head by a horse this summer. Tickets are available at the Newton Falls Police and Fire Departments and the Cavalier Credit Union.
