YOUNGSTOWN -- A free lecture is set for 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber Conference Room, 12th Floor, 200 Stambaugh, 44 Federal Plaza. Those attending should enter at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. The speaker will be Maryanne E. Hoffman, who will talk about her latest book, "Older Women's Rights," which was released Oct. 1.
