NHL ROUNDUP Wednesday's games

Coyotes 2, Panthers 1
SUNRISE, Fla. -- Shane Doan and Radoslav Suchy scored and Sean Burke made 29 saves for Phoenix. Phoenix, out of the playoffs last season, improved to 3-0 for the first time since the 1987-88 season when the franchise was the Winnipeg Jets. Mike Van Ryn scored for Florida on a six-on-four after the Panthers pulled goalie Roberto Luongo for an extra skater with 3:40 remaining. Florida (1-1-2) missed a chance to stay unbeaten after four games for the first time since 1999. Burke has allowed only two goals in three starts.
Bruins 2, Stars 0
DALLAS -- Andrew Raycroft had 27 saves for his first career shutout and Brian Rolston scored twice as Boston won for the first time this season. Rolston scored in the first period and then added an empty-net goal with 3.7 seconds remaining to provide all the offense for the Bruins, who were outshot 27-13. The Bruins, who were 0-6-3 in their last nine meetings with the Stars, killed four Dallas power plays in the third period. Marty Turco made 11 saves for the Stars.
Kings 4, Senators 3
LOS ANGELES -- Alexander Frolov capped three consecutive goals by Los Angeles with his first of the season, and the Kings won their 10th straight home opener. Four consecutive penalties were converted into power-play goals over the second and third periods, two by each team, before Frolov scored on a give-and-go with Eric Belanger at 12:48 of the third period to give the Kings a 4-3 lead, their first of the game. The Kings' unbeaten streak in home openers is the longest in the NHL. Jozef Stumpel and Derek Armstrong also scored for Los Angeles. Daniel Alfredsson scored two of Ottawa's three power-play goals, and Zdeno Chara had the other. Luc Robitaille had the other goal for Los Angeles.
