The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, bread, and coffee or tea. XBraceville United Methodist Church, 577 Park Road, Newton Falls, will serve turkey or roast beef dinners with all the trimmings and desserts from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Meals are $7 for adults, $3.50 for children 5 to 12 and free for those 4 and under. Carryouts will be available. A bazaar will be open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. featuring handmade clothes, candies, rugs, decorations, crafts and baked goods.
XChrist Church Presbyterian, 1933 Canfield Road, Youngstown, will sponsor a pork and sauerkraut dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church. XSt. Rose Rose Youth-on-the-Move and Friends is taking carryout orders for stuffed cabbage and pirogi to be picked up from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 26 at St. Rose Catholic Church, Route 422, Girard. Stuffed cabbage are $9 a half dozen and $16 a dozen with tomato-cabbage sauce. Pirogi will be $2.50 a half dozen and $4.40 a dozen with onion-butter sauce.
