Oct. 6
Overdose: A 16-year-old Campbell boy was taken to the hospital after he showed symptoms of a drug overdose at the Mahoning County Joint Vocational School. The youth was questioned by police and taken to the hospital after saying he smoked marijuana that morning and ate a handful of moonflower seeds, which the police report said were potentially poisonous.
Oct. 8
Burglary: A sliding glass door was entered and several dresser drawers ransacked at a residence in the 100 block of Surrey Lane. No items were missing.
Burglary: Burglary was reported at a residence in the 100 block of Surrey Lane. Two diamond earring hoops, a ring with diamonds and tanzanite, and a bracelet with diamonds were reported stolen.

Drug abuse: Half of a pill with the number 60 on one side was recovered from a female Canfield High School student at the school at 100 Cardinal Drive.
Oct. 12
Drug possession: A bottle containing eight suspected Vicodin pills and a suspected marijuana cigarette in a cigar wrapper were found on a 21-year-old Warren woman arrested during a traffic stop on Lisbon Street on charges of drug abuse and obtaining and possessing drugs.

Aggravated burglary: A purse and keys were taken in the residential 5000 block of West Webb Road.
Theft by deception: Vehicle repairs were not done in the 100 block of North Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft from auto: A rear license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle in the residential 5000 block of West Webb Road.
Theft: Several thousand dollars was reported stolen from Auto Service, 1711 S. Raccoon Road.
Assault: Police issued a summons for an arrest in an assault involving a woman and a man at Belleria Restaurant, 3627 Canfield Road.
Criminal mischief: Eggs were thrown at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Theft: A man is accused in the theft of two rings from the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Oct. 8
Theft from auto: A rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: A woman was arrested in a theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A man was accused of theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., and was placed in county jail.

Theft from auto: A man's wallet and its contents were stolen from a vehicle in the residential 200 block of Edgehill Avenue.
Theft from auto: Plastic beads were reported stolen from a vehicle at an apartment in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: A man was arrested in the theft of three steaks from IGA grocery store, 4477 Mahoning Ave. Other charges included possession of drug abuse instruments.
Breaking and entering: A Polaris all-terrain vehicle was stolen from the residential 5000 block of Yorktown Lane.
Attempted theft: Pop machines were tampered with at Countryside Drive-Thru, 888 N. Meridian Road.
Breaking and entering: Tools were taken from Carl's Towing, 670 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A window was broken at a residence in 3000 block of Cumberland Drive.
Theft from auto: Compact discs were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 3000 block of Orchard Place.

Theft from auto: $5 in change was stolen from a vehicle in the residential 400 block of Woodmere Drive.
Burglary: A purse and its contents were reported stolen from the residential 3000 block of Monaca Ave.
Theft from auto: A cell phone was taken from a vehicle at Bob Eddy's Chrysler-Jeep, 4850 Mahoning Ave.
Attempted aggravated burglary: An unknown person, possibly with a knife, attempted to gain entry into a residence in the 60 block of Kenmar Court.

Criminal damaging: A waterbed was damaged at a residence in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.
Theft: $504 was stolen from an ATM machine, and an ex-girlfriend is a suspect.
Theft: A man is accused after steaks worth $200 were not delivered to Spinners, 5462 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damaging: A mirror on a vehicle was damaged in the residential 600 block of Ruby Court.
Criminal damaging: A mailbox was damaged in the residential 2000 block of Vollmer Drive.

Criminal damaging: Paint on a vehicle was scratched in the 4000 block of Woodmere Drive.
