HERMITAGE, Pa. -- F.N.B. Corp. named John W. Ballantine, a former banking industry executive, to the company's board of directors.
Ballantine has been a private investor since 1998, when he retired from First Chicago NBD Corp. as executive vice president and chief risk management officer. He serves as a director or trustee for Scudder Funds, First Oak Brook Bancshares and Oak Brook Bank, and American Healthways Corp. He also is chairman of the Financial Services Group for Glencoe Capital, a private equity firm.
