Key matchup: Raiders K Sebastian Janikowski and P Shane Lechler vs. Browns returners Andre Davis and Dennis Northcutt. Raiders seem to do little else well other than kick. Their weak offense has forced Lechler to punt NFL-high 30 times, and he leads league with 51.5 gross average and is second with 39.9 net average. Janikowski is third in NFL with 48 points and his six touchbacks on kickoffs is second in NFL. Davis averages solid 21.6 yards per kickoff return, while Northcutt averages 8.6 yards on punts.
Streaks, stats and notes: Browns allow only 161.6 yards passing and 15 first downs per game, both No. 2 in NFL. ... Browns RB William Green posted career-high 33 carries last week for 115 yards. Browns are 5-0 when Green has 25 or more carries and 4-0 when he rushes for 100 yards. ... Raiders last traveled to Cleveland in 1985, when Marc Wilson hit Todd Christensen with TD pass with 29 seconds left to win.
