Consignment shopopens in Hubbard
HUBBARD -- A small consignment shop that specializes in baby clothing and other similar products recently opened here.
Sugar Spice Everything Twice, 16 S. Main St., is owned by Yiannis Skoutelis and sells many pieces of second-hand clothing and other merchandise for infants and children, as well as clothing for teenagers. Other items include discounted high chairs, walkers and toddler beds.

Chi Chi's restaurant chainfiles Chap. 11 bankruptcy
WASHINGTON -- The restaurant chains Chi-Chi's Inc. and Koo Koo Roo Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this week, according to court papers.
The two companies are subsidiaries of Prandium Inc., which emerged from its own bankruptcy case in July 2002. Prandium, of Irvine, Calif., didn't file for bankruptcy protection in the most recent case.
Chi Chi's estimated total assets of $50 million to $100 million and total debts of more than $100 million in its Chapter 11 petition.
Chi-Chi's, which has outlets in Boardman, Niles and Hermitage, Pa., operates 128 Mexican restaurants in 20 states. Koo Koo Roo has 29 locations in California.
