XHUBBARD -- A reception was held at The Rosemont in Sharon, Pa., to honor Stephen Michael Sample and his bride, the former Nicole Marie Kindler, both of 1041/2 Mackey St., following their marriage at 2 p.m. Aug. 30, at St. Patrick Church.
The Rev. Tim O'Neil presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Barb and Loren Kindler, 7029 Tamarack Drive, Hubbard, and the son of Jennie and Harry Keyser of Girard and Ron and Linda McKnight of Hubbard.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in medical assisting. She is a medical assistant with Dr. Paul A. Rich of Youngstown and is attending Sharon Regional Hospital School of Nursing in Sharon, Pa..
The groom holds a welding degree certificate from the Trumbull Joint Vocational School and is a steelworker with WCI Steel Inc. in Warren. He served with the U.S. Air Force from 1992 to 1996.
The bride's white, strapless, mermaid-style gown was enhanced with a beaded overlay.
Wearing red gowns were the bride's sister and honor attendant, Lindsay Kindler, and the bridesmaids, Carrie Bremick and Janene Bremick, her cousins, and Lisa Moccia. Flower girl was the groom's daughter, Samantha Sample.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Ron Sample, and groomsmen were Greg Blessing, Mike Hivner and Russ Bosland, the groom's cousin.
