Shatosha Jones, 26, Woodford Avenue, Youngstown; forgery, tampering with records.
Carl Stores, 45, Gordon Avenue, Campbell; felonious assault, failure to comply with a police order, cocaine possession, drug possession.
Tony L. Bell, 39, Gaither Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, failure to comply with a police order.
Allan J. Underwood, 23, West Lucius Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Shaun Davis, 22, New Road, Youngstown; aggravated cocaine trafficking.
Troy L. Hodges, 25, Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown; marijuana trafficking.
Andre L. Maxwell, 20, Jefferson Street, Warren; receiving stolen property.
Aubrey F. Toney, 22, West Judson Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Robert C. Taylor, 33, c/o Ohio State Penitentiary, Youngstown; possessing a deadly weapon while incarcerated.
Keith L. Watkins, 39, c/o Ohio State Penitentiary, Youngstown; harassment by an inmate.
Lawrence Davis, 24, New Road, Austintown; cocaine possession.
